ScheduleSource today released its new Work Item and Client Management Systems in response to customer demand for better access to work items in employee schedules. The system, an integrated component of the ScheduleSource TeamWork 3.0 Workforce Management System, provides workforce managers with the tools to build worker work lists and prioritize work items in those lists using drag and drop controls.
The system is configurable for unique applications. For a route manager the system can be used to build routes of client locations to be visited. For a home health provider it might be a route of patient visits. For a maintenance system it would be used as a task list for maintenance items to be addressed in a shift and prioritized by the manager.
The new time and attendance and mobile functions soon to be released will incorporate new functionality for managing work items, clocking to them with mobile devices and for reporting work item status from the job site.
The Work Item Management System is available now in ScheduleSource TeamWork 3.0.
