Their state of the art managed cloud services are now providing exceptional continuously available services for software service providers.
The ScheduleSource Managed Services Program deploys a 24 hour a day team of dedicated SunGard professionals as direct managers of the ScheduleSource systems. In particular, the Managed Services Program provides SunGard oversight of all datacenter functions, including security, backup/recovery, load balancing, internet gateway redundancy and other services in support of our operations.
SunGard Availability Services has been supporting the ScheduleSource TeamWork Software as a Service platforms for over 8 years. With this new agreement the partnership that has solidified over that time is enhanced to provide a powerful state of the art environment capable of meeting all Service Level Availability requirements of all ScheduleSource clients.
