TeamWork™ Leave Management is fully integrated toolset for managing employee leave and other absence types. The system automatically assists managers with the process of adjusting schedules to enable a leave request.
Employees access the toolset in their portal to request leave, view absence history and communicate with their managers. Managers see all pending leave requests in their portal and can directly engage to manage those requests. Since the system is tightly integrated with Scheduling, any leave request is automatically audited against existing schedules to elevate conflicts where schedules would be negatively impacted by a leave approval.
The Leave Management system supports any number of leave types and provides the accounting coding needed to integrate with your systems.
